We went to Sea World on Sunday. The only day this whole winter that it has rained here in Southern California. But we didn’t let that stop us. We watched shows in the rain and stuck it out until the rain went away and we were left with a beautiful, if a little chilly, day.
Josie’s friend Nick went with us and Josie and Nick spent most of the day off on their own, checking in by phone. Ted and I took some pictures (see the underwater shots of the rays), saw a few of the little aquariums we hadn’t seen in awhile and got to sit and read our books for a bit as well.
I got to feed the sturgeon, which is a little bit like feeding a vacuum cleaner, it sucks your fingers into its mouth.
All in all, a fun day.
